Had a rough day today but did manage to get a walk in for about 30 min at the farmers market ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ a WIN ๐ฅ had stomach pain. Most of the day not much of an appitite
My only meal Chicken salad with cucumber & I had a few sips of my Fat Shake
